For 2 people you need:
beef fillet steak
Antica Cantina Fajita Seasoning Mix
of oil
tomatoes, diced
red onion, finely diced
parsley, finely chopped
cobs of corn, cooked
of butter
of Fiesta Mexicana Salsa Verde
of Fiesta Mexicana Chipotle Peppers in Abode Sauce
of Fiesta Mexicana Nacho Jalapeños
Preparation time approx. 25 min.
Season the steaks with Fajita Seasoning Mix and fry them in oil for 3-4 minutes on each side. Let the steaks sit in the oven at 80°C for about 15-20 minutes.
Fry the corn cobs in butter until crispy and keep them warm. Mix the tomatoes with the onion and parsley. Add some salsa verde and chipotle peppers. Heat this Salsa a little bit. Pour the salsa onto 2 plates and place the steaks on top Serve with the corn on the cob and some salsa verde with jalapeños.
