Spicy Seasoned Salad of Chicken & Shrimps

For 2 persons you need:

  • 1
    chicken breast, cut into pieces
  • 1 bag
    Antica Cantina Chicken Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 2 tbsp

    of oil

  • 1
    red pepper, diced
  • 50 g
    black beans, cooked
  • 100 g
    shrimps, peeled and cooked
  • 1 jar
    of Fiesta Mexicana Nacho Jalapeños
  • 1 jar
    of Antica Cantina Salsa Dip mild
  • some
    Lettuce leaves, washed
  • some
    Coriander or parsley leaves
  • 1/2

    zucchini, julienne

  • 50 g

    of mango pods

  • salt, pepper

preparation time approx. 20 Min.

Season the chicken breast strips with Chicken Taco Seasoning Mix and fry them in oil. Add the diced peppers, the beans, some jalapeños and some salsa. Let everything simmer for a few minutes, then add the shrimp at the end. Spread a few lettuce leaves on 2 plates, add the chicken-shrimp mixture and sprinkle everything with coriander or parsley leaves.
