red and yellow pepper each, pitted and cut into strips
red onions, chopped
small tin of corn
of mushrooms, sliced
of mango pods
preparation time approx. 20 Min.
Season the minced meat with Fajita Seasoning Mix vigorously, mix it with the toast and the eggs deeply, but loosely, shape it into small balls and fry it in a pan at a low heat until the mixture crispy (thoroughly cooked).
Fry the vegetables in another pan with the rest of the oil (in the order shown on the left), deglaze it with the taco sauce and leave it to simmer until it is done.
Fry the wraps until they are crispy, add the vegetable sauce and the kofte and serve it.
