preparation:
Whisk each egg individually, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Fry each egg in the butter over a gentle heat similar to a fried egg. Set them aside. Briefly heat the ham in the same pan and add it to the eggs.
Now heat the wraps in the pan. Then spread them generously with the nacho cheese, then spread the baby spinach, eggs and ham on top. Roll everything together, cut the rolls crosswise into pieces and serve with some crisp lettuce and lime.
