Preparation time: approx. 50 min. (+4 hours for marinating).
Mix all ingredients from the seasoning mix to the habanero sauce thoroughly and place all in a freezer bag. Wash the chicken wings and dry them with a kitchen towel. Then add the wings to the marinade in the bag, mix with it, then squeeze out all the air as much as possible. Close the bag and let everything marinate in the fridge for 4 hours or more.
Then take out the wings and cook them at 200 ° C (circulating air) for 40 minutes in the oven.
