Fiesta Mexicana Jalapeño Slices
Antica Cantina Fajita Seasoning Mix
prawns, peeled, cooked and headless
avocado, peeled and cut into wedges
red mild chili peppers, deseeded and chopped
of oil
flat-leaf parsley, chopped
lime quartered
Briefly heat one Grill Flamed Tortilla per person in the oil in a pan. Then briefly fry the shrimp in the same pan and season them a little with some Fajita Seasoning Mix. Mix them with the avocado wedges, a few jalapeño slices, the chopped mild chilies and the parsley. Spread the tortillas with cheese dip and cover one half with the shrimp - avocado mix, fold the other half over and serve with lime wedges.
