Rye Burritos

For 2 people you need:

  • 1 bag

    of Mr. Wraps rye wraps

  • 2 tbsp

    of oil

  • 1 jar

    of Antica Cantina Cheese Dip

  • 1 bag

    of Antica Cantina Bio Organic Taco Seasoning Mix

  • 200 g

    of minced beef

  • 1

    red onion, diced

  • 1 can

    of corn kernels, drained

  • 2

    tomatoes, diced

  • 2

    mild red and green chili peppers, sliced

  • 4 tbsp

    of oil

preparation time approx. 30 Min.

Season the ground beef with the Taco Seasoning Mix to taste. Put the onion cubes and 4 tablespoons of oil in a pan and fry them. Add the meat and corn kernels and fry everything well. Heat the wraps briefly in oil on both sides in another pan and coat them with cheese dip and spread the meat mixture over them. Add the diced tomatoes, romaine lettuce strips and chilies on top. Fold the tortillas slightly on the left and right sides and then roll them up tightly from bottom to top to create small packages. Cut the burritos in half diagonally and serve.
