For 2 people you need:

    of Antica Cantina Soft Flour Tortillas

  • 1 package

    of Antica Cantina Tortilla Chips

  • 1 glass

    of Antica Cantina Medium Salsa Dip

  • 1 glass

    of Antica Cantina Jalapeño Slices

  • 1 package

    of Antica Cantina Burrito Seasoning Mix

  • 150 g

    of minced meat

  • 2

    onions, finely chopped

  • 1

    red pepper, pitted and cut into strips

  • 8

    cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1 tbsp

    of smooth parsley, roughly chopped

  • 4 tbsp

    of oil

  • salt, pepper

preparation time approx. 25 min.

Fry the peppers, tomatoes and jalapeño slices in 2 tablespoons of oil and add the taco sauce. Season with salt and pepper if necessary. Let everything still simmer for a while. Season the minced meat with Fajita Seasoning Mix and mix it with the onions. Fry for 3-4 minutes at medium heat.

Place two tortillas on a baking plate with baking paper, add the minced meat and vegetable-taco-mixture and put the chips in it.

Let everything bake in the oven at 180°C (circulating air) for around 10-15 minutes.
