• Oven Chips with Nacho Cheese Dip

For 2 people you need:

  • 1 bag

    of Antica Cantina Tortilla Chips Salt 200 g

  • 1 jar

    of Antica Cantina Cheese Dip

  • 1 bag

    Antica Cantina Bio Organic Fajita Seasoning Mix

  • 200 g

    minced beef

  • 2

    red and green chili peppers, sliced

  • t tbsp

    of oil

  • 2

    onions, finely chopped

  • 1

    red pepper, pitted and cut into strips

  • 8

    cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1 tbsp

    of smooth parsley, roughly chopped

  • 4 tbsp

    of oil

  • salt, pepper

preparation time approx. 40 min.

Season the ground beef with the Fajita Seasoning Mix to taste and fry it well in oil. Put it in an oiled baking dish and pour the cheese dip over it. Stick Tortilla chips vertically into the meat and cheese mixture and sprinkle the chili slices over them. Bake everything in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes and serve the chips with lime wedges and a fresh salad.
