Crispy Chicken

For 2 persons you need:

  • 1 bag
    bag of Antica Cantina Whole Wheat Wraps 25 cm
  • 2 tbsp

    of oil

  • 2

    chicken breasts, cut into pieces

  • 1 bag

    of Antica Cantina Crispy Chicken Seasoning Mix

  • 2 tbsp

    of oil

  • 1

    red onion, cut into strips

  • 1

    each red and yellow chili, sliced

  • 1 jar

    of Antica Cantina Salsa Dip Medium

  • a few

    lettuce leaves, washed, drizzled with a little vinaigrette

preparation time approx. 25 Min.

Fry 2 wraps in the oil until golden brown and place them on 2 plates. Fry the onion strips in the same pan. Add the chilies and let everything cook a little over a mild heat. Bread the chicken breasts with Crispy Chicken Taco Seasoning Mix as directed on the package. Fry them in a little oil in a second pan over medium heat until cooked and crispy. Put some salsa dip, the vegetables and the lettuce leaves on the wraps and place the chicken pieces on top.
