For 2 persons (4 wraps) you need:
Antica Cantina Corn & Wheat Tortillas
of Antica Cantina Nacho Chese Dip
of Gouda cheese
of cooked ham
sweet potato, cooked and peeled
Baby Spinat Blätter
of butter
salt, pepper, nutmeg
Heat the ham in a pan and put it aside. Cut the sweet potato into pens and heat it in the same pan.
Now heat the wraps in the pan. Spread the wraps generously with the Nacho Cheese Dip, then sprinkle the wraps with the baby spinach, the ham, the Cheese as well as the potato pins. Roll it all together and serve them.
