Chicken Tostadas

    of oil

    chicken breasts

  • 1 bag

    of Antica Cantina Chicken Taco Seasoning Mix

  • 2 tbsp

    of oil

  • 1

    red onion, cut into strips

  • 1

    red pepper, diced

  • 1 can

    can of corn kernels

  • 1

    head of romaine lettuce, cut into strips

  • 1 jar

    of Fiesta Mexicana Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce

  • 1 jar

    of Fiesta Mexicana Refried Black Beans

  • 2 tbsp

    of oil

  • 1 jar

    of chipotle mayonnaise

preparation time approx. 20 Min.

Fry the soft tacos in the oil until golden brown and place them in a taco holder. Fry the onion strips in the same pan. Add the diced peppers and the corn. Then add the chipotle peppers in adobo sauce depending on your taste and spiciness. Let the vegetables simmer over low heat for a few minutes. Season the chicken breast pieces with Chicken Taco Seasoning Mix and fry them in a little oil in a second pan over medium heat until crispy. Mix with the vegetables and lettuce strips. Heat the refried beans. First add some of the refried beans, then the vegetable and chicken mixture into the tacos. Top with chipotle mayonnaise.
