Fry the soft tacos in the oil until golden brown and place them in a taco holder. Fry the onion strips in the same pan. Add the diced peppers and the corn. Then add the chipotle peppers in adobo sauce depending on your taste and spiciness. Let the vegetables simmer over low heat for a few minutes. Season the chicken breast pieces with Chicken Taco Seasoning Mix and fry them in a little oil in a second pan over medium heat until crispy. Mix with the vegetables and lettuce strips.
