For 2 people you need:
of oil
minced beef
of Antica Cantina Taco Seasoning Mix
Salt, Pepper
of oil
of Fiesta Mexicana Nacho Jalapeños
of corn kernels
cooked black beans
red pepper, diced
Season the minced meat with Taco Seasoning Mix, salt and pepper. Fry it in a pan, but not for too long. Add half of the taco sauce and keep warm. In another pan, fry the nacho jalapeños, corn kernels, black beans and peppers, add the rest of the taco sauce and let everything simmer for a few minutes. Fry the tortillas in a third pan until golden brown. Mix the minced meat with the vegetable mixture, fill the bottom half of the tortillas with it and fold the top half over it.
