Fish & Chips

For 2 people you need:

  • 2

    Kabejau Loin fish fillets (approx. 100 – 150 g per person)

  • 1 bag

    Antica Cantina Tortilla Chips Chili 200 g

  • 3 tbsp

    of oil

  • some

    salt, pepper

  • 1 jar

    Antica Cantina Bio Organic Fruity Taco Sauce Medium

  • 1 jar

    Fiesta Mexicana Jalapeño Slices

  • 50 g

    cheddar grated cheese

  • 1

    avocado, peeled, cut into wedges

  • 50 g

    sour cream

  • 2

    spring onions, cleaned and sliced

  • 1

    lime

preparation time approx. 30 Min.

Fry the fish in a pan over medium heat until golden brown, but not for too long (about 3-4 minutes per side). Place the fish fillets on an ovenproof plate. Add some taco sauce and cheddar cheese on top. Crumble the tortilla chips and distribute them over the fish fillets. Sprinkle jalapeño slices on top. Now put everything under the grill for a few minutes. Heat some taco sauce in the pan and divide it between 2 plates. Place the fish fillets on top. Serve everything with the avocado wedges, the sour cream sprinkled with the spring onions and lime wedges.
