For 2 people you need:
Antica Cantina Soft Flour Tortillas
Antica Cantina Taco Sauce Mild
of minced meat
of Antica Cantina Fajita Seasoning
small tin of corn
small tin of kidney beans
zucchini, cut into stripes
onion, chopped and fried
cherry tomatoes, sliced
Mix the minced meat with the Fajita Seasoning. Fry it in oil, add the corn and the kidney beans and let the mix simmer for 5 minutes.
Spread the mixture on the tortillas, sprinkle with 3/4 of the taco sauce. Roll the tortillas together and bake them in the oven at 160 ° C for around 5 minutes.
Grill everything for around 5 minutes. Mix the cherry tomatoes with the rest of the taco sauce and pass it over the finished wraps.
