Cinnamon Rolls

Makes 6 Cinnamon rolls from 4 Tortillas

  • 1 bag

    of Antica Cantina Soft Flour Tortillas 25 cm

  • 3 tbsp

    softened butter

  • 100 g

    brown cinnamon sugar (cinnamon mixed with sugar)

  • 100 g

    melted butter

  • 40 g

    coarsely chopped pecans

  • 60 g

    icing sugar

preparation time approx. 40 Min.

Brush the muffin tin cavities with the butter and place a few chopped pecans in each. Place 2 tortillas next to each other on a kitchen board, brush them with melted butter and sprinkle ¼ of the cinnamon sugar over them. Place another tortilla on each and do the same. Then roll up the two 'double' tortillas tightly into a roll. Cut three pieces out of each and place them vertically in the muffin tin. Bake the rolls in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes. Turn them out of the mold and drizzle with icing.
