Pistachio Ice cream in Taco Bowls

For 2 people you need:

  • 1 Btl

    Fiesta Mexicana Corn & Wheat Tortillas

  • 2 tbsp

    of oil

  • tbsp

    apricot jam

  • 200 g

    cream cheese

  • 2 tbsp

    of sugar

  • 200 g

    whipped cream, whipped until stiff

  • 300 g

    fruits of your choice, such as strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, apricots

  • some

    icing sugar

preparation time approx. 20 Min.

Fry the tortillas in a pan until golden brown. Immediately place them over upturned glasses, press them into small bowls with the help of a kitchen towel and let them cool. Sweeten the cream cheese with sugar and mix it with the whipped cream to form a cream. Fill the bowls halfway with this. Arrange the fruit decoratively on top and sprinkle everything with a little icing sugar.
