Whisk the eggs with the milk and pour them into a deep plate. Place a tortilla briefly in the egg wash, then turn it over. Fry them in the butter until golden brown. Do the same with the second tortilla. Make a vertical cut in each tortilla. Spread each tortilla with the cream cheese. Then top them with the strawberries. Now, starting from the cut, fold everything clockwise into quarters. Pour some chocolate sauce on top. Complete.
