Banana Blueberry Wraps

For 2 Persons, 2 Wraps

  • 1 bag

    Antica Cantina Street Soft Flour Tortillas 20 or 25 cm

  • 2 tbsp

    of oil

  • 200 g

    cream cheese

  • 150 g

    sugar

  • 2 tbsp

    butter

  • 3 tbsp

    water

  • 2

    bananas, halved lengthwise and cut into quarters

  • 100 g

    blueberries, washed and lightly sugared

  • icing sugar

  • some

    walnut halves

  • some

    mint leaves

preparation approx 30 Minutes

Fry the tortillas in a pan until golden brown and let them cool slightly. Spread some cream cheese on the tortillas. Melt the butter in a pan, add the sugar and water. Heat everything until a golden brown caramel forms (be careful, it will be very hot!). Toss the banana quarters until they are coated and immediately place them on the wraps. Mix half of the blueberries with a little sugar to make a dessert sauce and pour it over the bananas along with the remaining berries. Fold the wraps together and sprinkle them with powdered sugar. Serve with walnuts and peppermint leaves.
