Pumpkin Tacitos

For 2 people (3 Tacos each) you need:

  • 1 bag

    of Antica Cantina Street Kitchen Soft Tacos 15 cm

  • 1 tbsp

    of oil

  • 1

    large red onion, diced

  • 2

    cloves of garlic, peeled and chopped

  • 1

    Hokaido pumpkin, seeds removed, cut into cubes

  • 1

    red pepper, cut into small pieces

  • some

    SAlt, Pepper

  • 100 g

    black beans, cooked. (Or alternatively 1 can of kidney beans)

  • 1 jar

    of Antica Cantina Salsa Dip Mild, Medium or Hot

  • 3

    spring onions, sliced

  • 1 jar

    of Antica Cantina Nacho Cheese Dip

preparation time approx. 30 Min.

Fry the onions in a little oil in a pan, then add the garlic, peppers and the pumpkin cubes and season with salt and pepper. Let everything simmer for 10-15 minutes until the pumpkin pieces are soft. Then add the beans and mix everything carefully with the salsa dip. Fry the soft tacos briefly in oil until golden brown and place them in a taco holder. First add the Nacho Cheese Dip to the tacos, then add the vegetable mixture and sprinkle the spring onions on top.
