Chili sin Carne

For 4 people you need:

    black beans, cooked (Or alternatively 1 can of kidney beans)

    of corn

  • 1 can

    of tomatoes in pieces

  • 2 tbsp

    tomato paste

  • 1 bag

    Antica Cantina Bio Organic Fajita Seasoning Mix

  • 500 ml

    vegetable broth or water

Preparation:

Fry the onions in a little oil in a pot, then add the garlic, spring onions and peppers and let everything simmer for a few minutes. Then add the carrots, beans, corn, tomatoes and tomato paste. Season with the Fajita Seasoning Mix, pour in the broth and let everything simmer over low heat for about 15-20 minutes until a thick sauce has formed.
