Breakfast Muffins

For 2 persons you need:

  • 100 ml


  • 60 g

    Cheddar grated cheese

  • 80 g

    bell pepper, diced

  • 1 bag

    of shredded cheddar cheese

  • some butter

Preparation time: approx. 30 Minutes:

Place 1 taco in each cavity of a muffin tin. Mix eggs, milk, grated cheese, salt and pepper to make egg milk. Pour this egg wash into the well-shaped tacos. Then add the diced peppers. Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake the muffins until golden brown for about 20 minutes at 180° C.
