Veggie Enchiladas

For 2 persons (4 wraps) you need:

  • 1 bag

    of Mr. Wraps protein wraps

  • 1

    onion, diced

  • 2 tbsp


  • 2

    cloves of garlic, peeled and sliced

  • some

    Salt, Pepper

  • 1 can

    corn, drained

  • 1 each

    red and green pepper, diced

  • 6

    cherry tomatoes

  • 1 jar

    Antica Cantina Bio Organic Medium Fruity Taco Sauce

  • 1 bag

    Antica Cantina Bio Organic Taco Seasoning Mix

  • some

    chopped parsley

preparation time approx. 30 Min.

Fry the onion in oil and then add the garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Then add the corn, peppers and cherry tomatoes and let everything simmer over a low heat for about 5 minutes. Add the taco sauce and season with Taco Seasoning Mix. Put this mixture on the wraps, roll them up and place them next to each other in a baking dish, sprinkle the cheddar cheese over them and bake everything in the oven at 180°C for about 10 minutes. Sprinkle the enchiladas with parsley.
