Mango Chutney · Mint-Yoghurt Dip

For 2 persons you need:

  • 1 package

    Indian Delight Naan Bread Natural

  • For the mango chutney you need:

  • 1 glass

    of mango chutney sweet or hot 200ml

  • 1

    ripe mango

  • 1


  • 2

    mild chili peppers

  • Some leaves of Thai basil

  • For the mint dip you need:

  • 1 glass

    of Indian mint sauce (200ml)

  • 200 ml

    of yoghurt

  • Some mint leaves

Preparation of the Naan bread:

Sprinkle the bread before heating with vegetable or olive oil. Heat in a preheated oven (200°C) for 4-5 minutes.

You can also heat it in the microwave (600 watts for 10-12 seconds). Please do not leave the Naan bread in the microwave any longer than that!

Then cut the Naan bread into strips and serve it with the two classic dips.

Preprartion of Mango Chutney:

Peel the orange with a knife, so that all white peel parts are removed. Cut out the orange fillets between the slots. Cut ½ of the mango each in either pieces or slots. Remove the kernels from one of the chili peppers and chop them finely.

Mix half of the orange fillets, the mango pieces and the chopped chili peppers with the chutney. Serve everything with the remaining orange and mango split, the second chili pepper and the Thai basil.

Preparation of Mint Dip:

Carefully mix the mint sauce with the yoghurt.

Decorate it with fresh mint leaves.
