Preparation:
Place 1 wrap in a pan with a little oil. Then distribute ¼ of the grated cheese, the corn kernels and the diced peppers on the bottom half of the wrap and fold the top side over it. Fry everything over medium heat until golden brown on each side, about 3 minutes, until the cheese has melted. Do the same with the other 3 wraps. Cut the finished quesadillas into triangles and serve with Chunky Salsa and Nacho Cheese Dip.
