Filled Taco Spiced Peppers with Nacho Jalapeño Slices

For 2 Persons you need:

  • 4-6

    small peppers

  • 200 g

    cream cheese

  • 1 bag

    Antica Cantina Taco Seasoning Mix

  • 1 jar

    of Fiesta Mexicana Nacho Jalapeños

  • 2

    spring onions, cleaned and cut into rings


Steam the mini peppers for about 4-5 minutes, let it cool down and cut it in half. Mix the cream cheese with a little seasoning mix (spiciness to taste). Fill the bottom halves of the peppers with this and place the top halves on top.Add the green onions and some jalapeños on top. Complete!
