For 4 people you need:
of Antica Cantina Soft Flour Tortillas
of Antica Cantina Cheese Dip
Antica Cantina Taco Sauce hot or mild
of Antica Cantina Jalapeño Slices
of Antica Cantina Burrito Seasoning Mix
onions, finely chopped
zucchini, cut in half and sliced
tomatoes, sliced
green and red pepper, cut into strips
of baby spinach
of oil
of shrimp, peeled, head removed
salt, pepper
Fry the peppers, zucchini and tomatoes in some oil and add the taco sauce. Season with salt and pepper if necessary. Let everything still simmer for a while.
Heat the tortillas in the microwave for a few seconds or fry them in a pan until they are crispy. Fry the shrimp in the remaining oil for 3-4 minutes.
Take a tortilla, smear it with some cheese dip, put another tortilla over it and add some of the vegetable mixture, the spinach leaves and the shrimp to it. Layer the remaining wraps on top of each other and decorate the last one with some shrimp and some pieces of the vegetables.
